I bought 2 of these for my 2 chihuahuas, I bought a medium for my 9 pound girl and a small for my 6.5 pound girl. They both fit perfectly, tight enough that they can’t immediately take them off but not tight enough to irritate them or choke. The material isn’t super high quality, sort of a-kin to like a Halloween costume or like a little girl princess dress for playing dress up, but I don’t mind nor expected more due to the price I paid. Also pretty durable, I sent the dresses through the wash and dryer on normal settings and my girls haven’t ripped anything loose or torn them yet. Definitely worth it especially for how cute and spring ready my babies look!
